MedALERT Patient Assistant 2007 is the next real thing to aid Patients everywhere. MedALERT PC.com has taken 2 years in developing this new and powerful patient tool as it can do more then all 3 of MedALERT PC.com current software applications combined. If you can image taking the MedALERT Patient Care program, the PreMEDS program and also the GS2Calc program plus even more added features to make one fantastic Patient Assisting program, what would you call it? We call it the MedALERT Patient Assistant 2007.

NEW and UPDATED Features:

SEARCH FEATURES:

New - Patient SEARCH Function which can search for any patient in the database by normal search parameters or by users that have created patient accounts

PATIENT FEATURES:

New - Unlimited PATIENTS can be created within the MedALERT Patient Assistant 2007 using the Professional Edition and up to 8 PATIENTS can be created using the Standard Edition.
New - Body Statistics can give you your Height, Weight and even the BMI (Body Mass Index) number and if you have any Tattoos or Piercing.
Updated - the Blood History can now show more information.
New - Patient ID and Medical Information can store your Social Security, Medicaid and/or Medicare numbers.
New - Patient Race and Language will list the patients primary and/or secondary language and the race or nationality of the patient.
New - The Living Will options will allow the patient to store a photo copy of there Living Will.
New - The DNR options will allow the patient to store a photo copy of there DNR Orders.

New - Select what Medical Requirements are needed, or if any special equipment is needed.

MEDICATION FEATURES:

New - You can enter the Medications cost and the patients true cost as well as how this Medications is to be refilled.
New - Enter the Medications Scheduled Times as when you really take this medication more then just saying Twice Daily, but the actual time you do take it.
New - Enter the Prescription information as to whom prescribed it to who filled the prescription.
New - Select the Medication Status if the medication is being currently USED or if it has been DISCONTINUED as it will show up on the Medication List in COLOR!
New - Powerful Reporting option to allow you to see what Medications are taken each day to the total cost of drugs and total out of pocket cost of the drugs you take daily will be.
New - MEDICATION CHECKLIST Option which will log when you have taken your medications and keep track of it in a daily log
New - MEDICATION SCHEDULED TIMES Setup will allow you to setup times to when you take your medications

CONTACTS FEATURES:

New - Unlimited Patient CONTACTS Listings with Unlimited number of patient contact records for each patient record.
New - You can now include a photo of the contact for identification.
New - You can select whether or not the contact is a true Emergency Contact or just a contact you wish to include in your list.

SPECIALISTS FEATURES:

New - Unlimited Patient SPECIALISTS Listings with Unlimited number of specialists, physicians, pharmacy or hospitals for each patient record.
New - Select by what type or category of specialist they are.
New - Also if the account you have with them is either Active or Non-Active.

NUTRITION FEATURES:

New - Unlimited Patient NUTRITION Listings with Unlimited number of patient contact records for each patient record.
New - NUTRITION SCHEDULED TIMES Setup allows you to setup times to when you eat you meals.

EXERCISE FEATURES:

New - Unlimited Patient EXERCISE Listings with Unlimited number of patient contact records for each patient record.
New - EXERCISE SCHEDULED TIMES Setup allows you to setup times to when you do your work outs.

DIABETIC FEATURES:

New - Unlimited Patient DIABETIC Listings with Unlimited number of patient contact records for each patient record.
New - GLUCOSE SLIDING~SCALE SETUP Feature is used if you are a Diabetic, you can setup a Sliding~Scale based on your doctors orders.
New - DIABETIC ORAL/INSULIN MEDICATION USED Feature is used if you are a Diabetic, you can list all the Oral/Insulin types you use to control your Diabetes.
New - GLUCOSE SCHEDULED TIMES SETUP will allow you to setup times to when you take your Diabetic medications.
New - GLUCOSE COLOR STATUS SETUP allows you to now see your Glucose levels in COLOR, the Highs, Lows, Normal and even the Borderline results can now be in full color.

NOTES FEATURES:

Updated - Unlimited Patient NOTES with Date Stamp feature allowing the patient to know when the note or comment was added and able to print the notes alone.
New - You can now be able to print the notes alone without printing a card or a complete report..

LOG FEATURES:

New - Unlimited System LOG Entry to track all Patient activity.
New - System LOG can log all activities while running the MedALERT Patient Assistant program
New - Can Save, Edit, Delete and Print System Logs and can Save to File and Open Saved System Logs.

CONFIGURATION FEATURES:

New - CONFIGURATION Feature used to setup for USA or Non-USA, Standard or Metric, and if you want to use a User Name and Password to protect the patient information.
New - LOGON Feature used If you Configured to have the program use a User Name and Password this option is enabled.

OPTIONAL FEATURES:

New - BACK/RESTORE Feature will allow you to feel secure in knowing your data is safe as with a full Backup and Restore option for the Database.
New - CALENDAR Feature can allow you to easily enter any dates past, present or future.
New - TIME Feature can allow you to easily enter the current Time or adjust the time with the H:M Set feature.
New - DISABLE MASK Feature can allow you to easily enter disable any preset Mask control, like the one used for entering phone numbers in USA. The mask can be over written so you can enter any data you need to.
New - DRUG Feature can allow you to easily enter any dates past, present or future.
New - PHYSICIAN Feature can allow you to easily enter any Physician, Specialist, Hospital or Pharmacy that has been added to the Specialists Section into other sections of the program.
New - COPY Feature can allow you to Copy a Section then Paste it into another's Patients Record
New - PASTE Feature can allow you to now Paste the currently Copied Section into the current Patient or another Patients similar Section
New - REPEAT Feature can allow you to Repeat the currently selected entry, allowing you to change only a few items then Save.
New - TOOL BAR BUTTONS has these new features included now: New, Save, Copy, Paste, Delete, Photo, Notes, MedPHARMACY, MedALERT Diabetic, MedFIRSTAID, Printing Options, Refresh Database, Web Update, Quick Help Tips, Exit/Quit.
New - POPUP WINDOW is new as it is now integrated into the program as the means to now Update application to higher Editions. You can either Purchase, Update, Save or just run the program in the Demo mode which will disable all the Save functions.
New - STATUS BAR will show the Current User, Current Patient, Revision No., Revision Date are shown to advise those that are using the program as to the authorized logged on User and the Patient that is being viewed. Also all this information is logged within the Log section of the program.

SERVICES:

New - The DRUG PHARMACY menu option will bring up the New MedPHARMACY 2007 program.

PRINTING:

Updated - A MedALERT PA Patient ID Card can be printed out. This includes the Patients Information plus 4 History, 1 Contact and 1 Specialist.
Updated - A MedALERT PA Patient Bi-Fold Card can be printed out. This includes the Patients Information plus 4 History, 1 Contact, 1 Specialist and 23 Medications.
Updated - A MedALERT PA Patient Tri-Fold Card can be printed out. This includes the Patients Information plus 4 History, 1 Contact, 1 Specialist, 23 Medications and Additional Notes.
New - A MedALERT PA Patient 3x4 Bi-Fold Card can be printed out. This includes the Patients Information including 4 History, 1 Contact, 1 Specialist, 46 Medications and Additional Notes.
Updated - A MedALERT PA Quick Report can be printed out a Quick Patient Report that includes All the sections of the patient record including all of the patients notes.
New - A MedALERT PA Custom Report can be printed out by selecting a Start/End Date and whether or not sections are to be included or not as in an example of All the Contacts Section will be printed but nothing in the Specialists Section well be printed.
New - The MedALERT PA Patient Notes can be printed out as this allows you to print out just the patients notes and not the entire record.

This is intended primarily to allow one to view the features and functions of this application. To use this program, one can purchase a KeyCode via the MedALERT PC.com Online Store.

Personal Edition ($19.99 Software Download)

This will allow a user to add up to One (1) Patient record into the SQL Database.
This will allow a User to add Unlimited Medications for the patient into the SQL Database.
This will allow a User to add Unlimited Histories for the patient.
This will allow a User to add Unlimited Contacts for the patient.
This will allow a User to add Unlimited Specialists for the patient.
The Add/Save/Edit/Delete/Print are fully functional.
The Add/Save/Edit/Delete/Print are fully functional if configuration is setup for User Name/Password mode, then if not logged on all functions disabled but only Viewing mode available, but you Not Add, Save, Edit, Delete or Print.
The Database is compatible with All Edition Platforms.
Password Protected if User Name/Password mode is configured in the Configuration Setup.
